On February 23, 2015, the remains of 78-year-old John Edward Flannigan were discovered on the front patio of his apartment in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Flannigan, a white male, had passed away due to natural causes. Despite the circumstances of his death, much about his life and history remains a mystery, as local authorities were unable to identify any family or emergency contacts for him.
