On February 10, 2018, in Knoxville, Tennessee, the remains of David Lee Pollard, identified as a male, were discovered. Despite efforts to locate and contact next of kin, no arrangements for his funeral were made by any known family members, leaving his body unclaimed. This unfortunate situation resulted in a county cremation being performed as a means to respectfully manage his remains.
