On October 1, 2015, a male body was discovered in Knoxville, Tennessee. The individual was later identified as James H. Walton. Despite initial challenges in tracing his relatives, the authorities managed to locate and inform his family of his passing. However, no funeral or memorial arrangements were organized by the family, leading to Walton being classified as indigent.
