On December 25, 2018, the body of a man identified as James B. Mitchell was found at a hospice facility in Waianae, Hawaii. Hospice staff discovered him unresponsive in his bed and, after efforts to revive him were unsuccessful, he was pronounced deceased. No foul play or suspicious circumstances were reported, indicating a peaceful passing.
