On March 1, 2022, Daniel Pang was discovered deceased in his unit in Waianae, Hawaii. The discovery occurred at approximately 9:30 AM when his nurse arrived for a routine visit. Upon arrival, the nurse found the door to the unit locked and received no response from Mr. Pang despite several attempts to gain his attention. Concerned for his welfare, the nurse sought assistance from the resident manager of the property.
