Timothy Day, a 79-year-old resident of Escondido, California, was found deceased on March 7, 2019. Prior to his death, Timothy had been living in a home within the city. On January 23, 2019, he was admitted to a local hospital for unspecified health issues. Following his stay in the hospital, he was discharged to a skilled nursing facility for further care.
