Richard Chase, a 78-year-old single white male, was found unclaimed and deceased in Escondido, California, on July 4, 2020. Residing at Astor Health Care in Vista, Richard was transferred to Palomar Medical Center to receive a higher level of medical attention. Despite the efforts to provide him with necessary care, he passed away under the supervision of the healthcare facility on the same day.
