In a poignant case of an unclaimed person, Joseph L. Winesberry, a 77-year-old Black male, was discovered unresponsive on March 10, 2020, in his residence in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Winesberry was found by his roommates, lying in bed, where authorities later confirmed his passing was due to natural causes.
