On February 18, 2014, an unidentified male, later known as Anthony W. Stokes, was struck by multiple vehicles while attempting to cross the southbound lanes of Interstate 75/85 at Courtland Street SE in Atlanta, Georgia. The tragic event took place near a busy interchange, a perilous crossing where the unidentified individual succumbed to his injuries.
