Val-Mar Pikulski, identified as the decedent in NamUs case UCP68734, was discovered by the Honolulu Fire Department on March 19, 2020, during a welfare check at his residence in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Upon arrival, the responders found Pikulski unresponsive, and he was subsequently pronounced dead. Given that the circumstances of his death appeared to be natural, no legal jurisdiction was invoked by the authorities.
