On the morning of June 12, 2020, an unsettling discovery was made near a trolley station in San Diego, California. A security guard found a 72-year-old Asian male, identified as Ronnie Bustamante Aviles, unresponsive and slumped over on the ground. The guard promptly notified authorities by placing a 9-1-1 call.
