In San Diego, California, the body of Zenon Parnawski, a 90-year-old White male, was discovered on the evening of December 18, 2018. Known to live alone as a divorced individual in the area, Zenon was found by a neighbor in a distressing state; he was seated in a common area hot tub, motionless and unresponsive, with his face submerged beneath the water.
