In June 2016, the remains of James A. Strait-Jr were discovered beneath a freeway overpass in Honolulu, Hawaii. On June 25, emergency medical services and local police responded to the scene where they found Mr. Strait with no signs of life. Following their observations, it was concluded that he had passed away from natural causes. His passing, however, initiated a case that remains unsolved as he continues to be classified as an unclaimed person.
