In the quiet, early morning hours of August 11, 2018, a tragic discovery was made on Prospect Avenue in Santee, California. The body of 51-year-old Sara Lisa Clarke was found lying in the traffic lanes, marking the beginning of a somber investigation into her untimely death. Responding to a 9-1-1 call, first responders arrived on the scene and promptly confirmed her death.
