Arlene Robinson, a white female aged 87, was discovered deceased on July 13, 2024, in Santee, California. At the time of her passing, she was a patient at Edgemoor Hospital, where she had been receiving care since October 11, 2018. Her death was officially pronounced on the same day, and jurisdiction was promptly invoked due to her status as an Edgemoor Hospital patient.
