On February 3, 2019, the lifeless body of Robert S. Heap, a 58-year-old White male, was discovered in a common area of the Plaza Hotel in Downtown San Diego, California. Heap had been residing in a room within the same hotel. His death came as a shock on that quiet morning as his body was found without any immediate explanation or apparent cause.
