On November 13, 2019, the body of Dennis Michael Desilets was found in San Diego, California. Desilets, a 67-year-old White male, was possibly experiencing homelessness at the time of his death. The circumstances of his passing trace back to November 7, 2019, when he was involved in a tragic accident.
