On February 18, 2019, the body of a male, later identified as Kenneth Lee Westmoreland, was discovered at a shopping center located at 3252 Austin Peay Highway in the Raleigh area of Memphis, Tennessee. He was presumed to be homeless at the time of his death. Following a thorough investigation by the Memphis Police Department, it was determined that his death was due to natural causes.
