On January 14, 2018, in El Paso, Texas, the unresponsive body of John G. Letuinsky was discovered at his residence by a neighbor. He was subsequently transported to Sierra Medical Center, where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Sadly, within less than a day, Letuinsky was pronounced dead, marking the beginning of a case marked by its mystery and tragedy.
