On November 16, 2021, in El Paso, Texas, the body of Dwight David Horton was discovered inside his apartment. The discovery was made by maintenance staff who accessed the unit using a secondary key, as the residence was securely locked from the inside. This prompted immediate notification to the authorities. The circumstances surrounding Mr. Horton’s death remain under investigation, with the El Paso Police Department leading the case.
