On December 7, 2016, the body of an unclaimed person identified as Jose Francisco Saenz was discovered outside of a business in El Paso, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his passing remain largely unknown. Jose Francisco Saenz was believed to have been transient, with no known permanent residence in the El Paso area at the time of his death.
