On January 26, 2018, the body of Dale Roberts was found on the pedestrian bridge connecting Omaha, Nebraska, and Council Bluffs, Iowa. After collapsing on the bridge, Roberts was promptly taken to a hospital in Council Bluffs, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased. During the investigation, authorities faced challenges in identifying any next of kin as there was no relevant information available at the Omaha address listed on Roberts’ identification.
