Billy Whitehead was known to be homeless and had been residing in a local hospice house at the time of his death. Unfortunately, he passed away without any notification being made to a next of kin, leaving him as an unclaimed person. His status as a homeless individual contributed to the challenge of locating any family or friends who might have been informed about his passing.
