In an unfortunate and enigmatic case, the unclaimed remains of Joyce Ann Leggett, a 73-year-old female, were discovered in Memphis, Tennessee. Joyce was found unresponsive in a residential care home located in the New Chicago neighborhood of north Memphis. Despite the efforts to resuscitate her, she was pronounced dead on February 18, 2018, at Methodist University ER.
