On October 3, 2017, Teresa Lynn Schwend, a 58-year-old woman, was discovered unresponsive in a fast food establishment located at 3951 Covington Pike in north Memphis, Tennessee. The Memphis Fire Department swiftly transported her via ambulance to Methodist North Emergency Room, where unfortunately, she was pronounced dead. As of December 12, 2017, the cause of her death remained under investigation.
