On June 11, 2018, in Atlanta, Georgia, the unidentified remains of Samuel Ortiz, an 82-year-old male, were discovered under tragic circumstances. Ortiz was found deceased in his senior high-rise apartment, with signs of advanced decomposition indicating he had been deceased for some time before the discovery.
