Bolivar Marcelo Gallardo, an unclaimed male, passed away in Los Angeles, California on April 28, 2025. On that day, he arrived at a dialysis clinic but experienced a syncopal episode—a sudden loss of consciousness—before undergoing treatment. Medical staff called 911, and emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital in cardiac arrest.
