Deanna Lynn Peterson, a 60-year-old unhoused woman in El Cajon, California, was found deceased on the morning of April 14, 2025. Staff members of a local clubhouse arrived to open the business and noticed her lying unresponsive on the walkway. Concerned for her well-being, they approached and soon realized she was not responsive, prompting them to contact emergency services. Paramedics arrived swiftly but confirmed her death without medical intervention due to significant postmortem changes.
