Hemsey Jedo, a 54-year-old transient man, was last seen alive in the early hours of November 25, 2024. At approximately 0300 hours, an acquaintance observed Jedo suffering from illness, including fever and vomiting, and sought assistance. A passerby helped relay the distress call to a security guard at a nearby bakery, who promptly activated emergency medical services at 0337 hours.
