On March 14, 2025, the body of 69-year-old Joyce Everll Mathews was found in Tacoma, Washington. Following her passing, the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office has been unable to identify or locate any family members or close friends who can claim her remains. Despite efforts to find her next of kin, no connections have surfaced, leaving her case among the unclaimed.
