On February 28, 2024, the body of Nicolas Jacome-Franco, a 45-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered in Fall River, Massachusetts. His roommates found him lying on a mattress on the floor of his residence, dressed in day clothes. They had checked on him after not seeing him for some time. Concerned with his unresponsiveness, they promptly called 911. The Fall River Police Department and EMS arrived at the scene, but he was declared deceased upon their arrival.
