Abdikadir Ali Abdi, a 17-year-old from Hopkins, Minnesota, went missing on November 3, 2008. His disappearance was initially classified as a runaway case. Abdikadir, of Somali descent, was last seen in his local community, and there were early concerns that he might have left voluntarily.
