On April 16, 2024, Donnie Ray Smith passed away at a local hospital in Los Angeles, California. Upon his death, the attending physician signed the death certificate, and Mr. Smith's body was subsequently released to the Los Angeles County Morgue. Despite the issuance of the death certificate, his identity and circumstances remained largely a mystery, leading to him being categorized as an unclaimed person.
