On June 4th, 2024, at approximately 1750 hours, Kenneth Lewis Baysinger was discovered unresponsive on a Los Angeles sidewalk by a passerby, who promptly called emergency services. Upon arrival, emergency medical personnel transported Baysinger by ambulance in an attempt to administer live-saving measures. Despite the swift response and exhaustive efforts by the medical team, Baysinger was pronounced dead at 1804 hours on the same day.
