On September 6, 2024, at approximately 2120 hours, a tragic traffic collision occurred in Los Angeles, California, involving an automobile and a bicyclist. The bicyclist, later identified as Jose Luis Mora, was found unresponsive at the scene. Despite the immediate response by the Los Angeles Fire Department, paramedics unfortunately determined at 2134 hours that Jose Mora had succumbed to his injuries.
