On June 10, 2024, the unclaimed body of Eliseo Daniel Ruiz-Gonzalez was discovered in a state of unresponsiveness in Washington, D.C. Identified as Namus ID: UCP135456, his body was found in an alcove of an abandoned building directly across the street from Howard University Hospital. The location and circumstances of his discovery suggest that he may have been experiencing homelessness at the time of his death.
