On February 4, 2017, the body of an unidentified male, later identified as Mark Weber through DNA analysis, was discovered at a homeless encampment located behind 300 Morse St NE, near the Divine Unity Food establishment in Washington, D.C. This encampment is in close proximity to the intersection of Florida Avenue and 3rd Street NE.
