On July 23, 2024, the lifeless body of Norbert Langley Wong, a 72-year-old Chinese male, was discovered in his Honolulu, Hawaii residence. The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) was alerted after a neighbor reported a pervasive foul odor emanating from Wong's home. Police officers responded to the call, and after making a forced entry into the premises, they found Wong's body lying supine.
