Richard C. Lee, identified under NamUs ID UCP153097, was found deceased in his Honolulu apartment on October 22, 2025. A neighbor, concerned after not seeing him for several days, contacted police to request a welfare check. When officers entered the residence, they discovered Mr. Lee lying unresponsive on the floor. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
