Fred Boyd Walker was an 84-year-old Black male whose life ended in tragic obscurity, his body discovered in his San Diego residence on the evening of September 6, 2022. Living a solitary life, Fred was last seen alive about three weeks prior when a neighbor drove him to the store. As weeks passed without any sign of his presence, his absence became a source of worry for those who shared the neighborhood.
