On the morning of April 28, 2023, the lifeless body of Mark Wesley Donnelly, a 70-year-old Caucasian male, was discovered in San Diego, California. Donnelly, who appeared to be living a homeless lifestyle, was found in his vehicle by a local individual in the 3500 block of Revere Avenue.
