On September 8, 2022, a 63-year-old man named Donnie Johnson, who resided alone in San Diego, California, called 911 reporting chest pain and shortness of breath. Despite living a relatively solitary life following a divorce, he reached out for medical assistance when faced with what seemed to be a critical health situation.
