On September 25, 2022, the body of Dale Edward Ramsey, a 73-year-old White male, was discovered in his San Diego residence. Ramsey lived alone, and little is known about his personal life, including his marital status. His landlord made the grim discovery that evening, setting into motion an investigation by local authorities.
