In the early hours of November 1, 2022, in the historic district of Old Town San Diego State Park, a security guard on duty discovered the body of a man lying face down. Despite efforts to awaken him, including verbal and physical attempts, the man remained unresponsive. The security guard promptly called 911, and first responders soon arrived on the scene. Upon their assessment, the man was confirmed deceased, and no medical intervention was possible due to the presence of postmortem changes....
