On June 6, 2023, an unclaimed person case was opened following the discovery of a male body identified as Seong Keun Yang. The decedent was found unresponsive in his residence by the property manager, located in Los Angeles, California. Following standard procedures, the body was brought to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office. Through fingerprint analysis, the office was able to confirm the identity of Seong Keun Yang.
