In a quiet neighborhood of El Cajon, California, the body of 55-year-old Lenn Gagne was found on April 14, 2022. Lenn had been residing in his vehicle, which was parked on private property. On that day, the property owner stumbled upon the unsettling scene of Lenn unresponsive inside the vehicle. An emergency call to 911 quickly summoned the San Diego Sheriff personnel and Lakeside Fire personnel.
