On August 19, 2024, a routine visit by a caregiver to an apartment in El Cajon, California, led to the discovery of Terry Dale Lohman's body. The caregiver was scheduled for a visit and upon arrival, she detected a foul odor emanating from the residence. Concerned for the occupant's welfare, she promptly contacted 911 for assistance.
