This apparent transient person was found lying face down on the ground near the railroad tracks at Railroad Mile Marker 335 just north of Washington and Main Street. He was known by other transient persons in the area as "Teddy" or "Theodore".

The decedent was found lying on the sidewalk outside of a convenience store and was transported to Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital. He had no identification and was not able to communicate any information to hospital staff.
