A citizen was hunting for deer antler sheds in a remote area of Savanna, Illinois on 02/29/2020 when he discovered what appeared to be human skeletal remains. The Carroll County, Illinois Coroner's Office responded and processed the scene. The partial skeletal remains were determined to be human.
