Wayneasha Catrice Carter, a 23-year-old resident of Caruthersville, Missouri, tragically lost her life on June 11, 2022. According to reports, Wayneasha was shot while she was outside her vehicle, conversing with several people on East 13th Street. The shots were fired from the side of a nearby home, and she was subsequently taken to a hospital in Hayti, where she was pronounced dead.
